Dermall Matrix, originally focused on researching biomaterials such as artificial skin and ligaments, faced a harsh reality: critical burn patients often couldn’t afford expensive imported treatment materials.
A simple question arose “Can’t everyone receive fair and equal treatment?”
That small but powerful thought became the turning point, expanding Dermall Matrix into everyday skincare.

Dermall Matrix pursued countless trials and errors to develop materials that act just like real skin.
Through relentless effort, we succeeded in creating an artificial skin material using xenogeneic biomaterials something that had never existed, not only in Korea but globally.

While researching artificial skin, we witnessed patients suffering from dryness and discomfort as their grafted skin tried to heal.
It made us ask again “Isn’t hydration what the skin needs first?”
That question led us to develop a technology that delivers deep hydration through the sheet itself.

In the midst of product development, a turning point came when my daughter suffered a burn.
It made me reflect again “Everyone should be able to use it safely.”
With heartfelt dedication and advice from those around me, the Dermall Care Mask was born.
